You may return any unopened, unused product within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping and handling to the customer is not refunded for any reason. We do not pay to ship returns back to us. Used, opened, or custom items are not refundable for any reason. Any aquarium, hood, or stand with custom options such as raised panels, doors, custom size etc. are not refundable for any reason. Any problems such as aquarium cracks or leaks must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product for replacement, refund, or repair at our discretion.
